Our services fall into four categories; new patients, established patient adjustment, established patient adjustment with therapy, and school sports physicals.
New Patient Exam
averages $200-$300; $90 exam, $60 adjustment, & x-rays
Required to become an established patient with Theriot Chiropractic.
Adjustments

For established patients to schedule an adjustment only
Adjustment w/Therapy
$85-$95; $60 adjustment, $25 e-stim, $35 ultrasound
For established patients scheduling an adjustment with e-stim/ultrasound therapy
Sports Physical
$40
Required for students to play sports
**Please note - Theriot Chiropractic is a non-participating, out of network provider for all insurance except Medicare, personal injury, or workman's compensation. All patients with insurance other than Medicare, personal injury or workman's compensation will be given a super bill that they can submit to their insurance for reimbursement, depending on plan coverage. Our Location
We are located in the beautiful Pier One building between the logging yard and west mooring basin off of Portway street in Astoria. Take the road right, just prior to entering the logging yard, at the propeller (the gate might trick you but keep going). There is one elevator located inside the main entrance, just left of the breezeway break in the middle of the building. We are located on the second floor, turn left when coming off the elevator and head to the end of the hall. We look forward to seeing you!
